We are pleased to welcome you again to a beautiful, challenging running course in the Sauerland. The organizing team of the Marathon-Club Menden will hold its traditional event, the Josef-Kaderhandt Forest Run, in its 41st edition in 2025, in the tried-and-true manner. Runners of the 20 KM Forest Run have the option, depending on their performance and desire, to participate in the 20 KM Plus classifications up to an ultramarathon over 50 KM. The time limit for all classifications is 6 hours of running time.
